摘要
对反求工程在磁力研磨中的应用给予了充分的论证,并找出了二者的结合点,解决了磁力研磨在复杂曲面加工中难以确定磁极运动轨迹的难题,该技术的完善对于实现模具型腔精加工的自动化具有重要的意义。
The application of reverse engineering(RE)in magnetic abrasive finishing(MAF)is fully demonstrated.The joint point of the two techniques was found out,which solved the difficult problem of defining the moving trochoid of the magnetic pole in processing complicated curved surface with MAF.This technology has important significance to the realization of automatized finishing of die or mould cavity surface.
