Stock-enterprises: Its Organizational Form and Advantages in the Late Qing Dynasty

晚清人士认为股份制企业组织形式具有诸多优势,有利于筹集资金、分散风险,两权分离便于货币资本与人力资本相结合,转变公众传统投资观念,解决发展资本主义企业的障碍。股份制是企业形态发展的主导趋势。

In late Qing Dynasty, people thought that the organization form of stock-enterprises had many advantages, such as to raise funds, to disperse risks, to promote the combination of the money capital and the manpower capital, to change the traditional investing ideas of public,to remove obstales to develop capitalist. The stock system was a dominant tendency in the development of enterprise forms.
