摘要
可分级视频编码方法适用于不同的网络环境,而且能够根据用户的不同要求,以不同的质量和分辨率接收同一视频流。但是,现存的编码解码器在视频的传输过程中,经常产生“方块效应”,严重地影响了接收视频的质量。论文分析了可分级视频编码的特点,并针对H.263中可分级空间视频编码器产生的“方块效应”,提出了一种实用的改进方法,取得了较好的实验效果。
A scalable video coder is desirable for networks with various capabilities.Scalable stream can be processed at any time after its generation,and produces different streams with various levels of bit rate and resulting video quality.In this paper we analyze the advantages of scalable streaming,then a possible improvement of existing H.263spatial scal-able coder is put forward.It can improve the video quality by decreasing the block effect.
