摘要
21世纪初的"化学工程与工艺"专业人才培养方案以创新人才培养为目标,将化学工程与工艺专业的课程分为六大课程体系,取消了过去同时考虑学时、学分的做法,完全采用学分制,规定了各课程体系的学分及学分比例。六大课程体系及其学分分配比例为:人文社会科学体系(19.2%)、数理体系(17.7%)、化学与生物基础体系(17.7%)、工程基础体系(6.9%)、化工基础体系(13.9%)、选课体系(20%)和毕业论文(4.6%)。新培养方案强调素质教育在创新人才培养中的作用,加强了自然科学基础课和专业基础课中交叉学科与新兴学科的比例,在选修体系中不设专门方向选修课以淡化专业,鼓励学生自由选课,以发展学生个性。新培养方案还强调实践性教学、多种形式的考试方法、现代化教学技术、启发式教学以及配套管理制度在创新人才培养中的作用。
This paper presents a new education program for the chemical engineering and technology discipline, aiming to cultivate students' innovative ability. In the education program, all the courses are organized into 6 groups, namely, humanities and social sciences group (amounting to 19.2 % of the total credit hours), mathematics and physics group ((17.7 %), chemistry) and biology or biological foundation group (17.7 %), engineering fundamentals group (6.9 %), chemical engineering fundamentals group (13.9 %), elective group (20 %), and dissertation or project group(4.6 %). The new education program emphasizes the importance of the following factors for cultivating students' innovative ability: diathesis education, practical training, manifold examination, CAI, elicited teaching and university management..
