从系统动力学角度研究海洋的可持续发展

On Marine Sustainable Development in the Aspect of System Dynamics

海洋资源与环境、经济和社会3个要素构成一个动态系统,这个系统以海洋资源为物质基础,以经济生产推动系统的演变发展,而系统的进化则表现为社会的进步,系统内部存在各种信息反馈。海洋可持续发展所面临的就是如何协调海洋资源与环境、社会和经济3者之间关系的问题。在分析了该系统的动态性和反馈机制的基础上,提出从系统动力学角度来研究海洋的可持续发展,并对其科学性和优越性做出论证和说明。

Marine resources and environment,economy and society constitute a dynamic system. The material base of this system is marine resources,the driving force is economic production, and the evolution is embodied in the development of society. There are various kinds of feedback within the system. How to coordinate the relationship among marine resources, environment, society and economy is a prior problem of marine sustainable development. Based on the analysis about the dynamic and feedback mechanism of this system, to research marine sustainable development by system dynamics is proposed in this paper. Finally, the superiority of this scientific methodis discussed.
