稳态荧光探针研究支链烷基苯磺酸钠的聚集行为 被引量:20

摘要 以芘为荧光探针、二苯酮为猝灭剂,用稳态荧光探针法测定了合成的4种带干扰基(磺酸基邻位的短链烷基)的支链烷基苯磺酸钠的临界胶团浓度、合适猝灭剂浓度下的胶团聚集数以及在不同浓度氯化钠水溶液中的胶团聚集数.结果表明,支链烷基苯磺酸钠分子中长链烷基碳数增加,临界胶团浓度大幅度降低,胶团聚集数减小;分子中短链烷基碳数增加,临界胶团浓度降低幅度小,胶团聚集数增大;胶团聚集数随氯化钠浓度增大而增大. Critical micelle concentration (CMC) and aggregation number of micelle (N) of four sodium branched alkyl benzene sulfonates were determined by steady-state fluorescence probe method in which pyrene was used as fluorescence probe and benzophenone as quencher.Increasing the hydrocarbon chain lenght of sodium branched alkyl benzene sulfonate,CMC values were decreased.The experimental results showed that the optimum concentration of benzophenone was different to different sodium branched alkyl benzene sulfonates and the N increased with increasing the carbon number of the short alkyl chain while the N decreased with increasing the carbon number of the long alkyl chain.It was also found that the N increased with the increasing of the concentration of NaCl while the surround polarity of pyrene probe decreased.
