摘要
针对GPS技术在电力系统中的广泛应用,系统介绍了现有的发电机功角直接和间接测量方法,并分析了其优缺点;具体论述了基于GPS同步测量的同步相量在电力系统状态估计,稳定控制,失步预测保护等方面的国内外应用发展情况。并指出基于同步相量的区域稳定控制理论还待进一步研究和突破。
Aiming at the application of GPS technology in power systerm, the paper introduces the power angle measurement method,and analyses its merits and shortcomings. And also,synchronized phasor based on GPS synchronized measurement is discussed in detail.Research results have revealed its application field as follows: status estimate,stability control,out-of-step predicticon and protection. In conclusion the paper points out that transient stability control theory based on synchronized phasor is still required further research and development.
