红柱石对石英-粘土-长石三组分陶瓷性能的影响 被引量:2

EFFECT OF ANDALUSITE ON PHYSICAL PROPERTIES OF QUARTZ-CLAY-FELDSPAR TERNARY CERAMICS

摘要 以 30 % (质量分数 ,下同 )石英 -4 0 %高岭土 -30 %碱性长石为基本配方 ,并分别添加 10 % ,2 0 %和 30 %红柱石组成新的配方 ,通过115 0~ 14 0 0℃烧结实验和对烧结体物理性能的系统测试 ,研究红柱石对于三组分陶瓷烧成体抗折强度、硬度、密度、吸水率等物理性能的影响。结果表明 :烧结温度高于 130 0℃时 ,添加红柱石可以显著提高抗折强度、硬度和密度 ,并降低烧成收缩率 ,但吸水率略微变大。烧成收缩率与抗压强度呈正相关关系 。 Taking the formula of 30% (in mass, same below) quartz- 40% kaolin -30% alkali feldspar as basic one, a new formula is formed by adding 10%, 20% and 30% of andalusite respectively. Sintered ceramics by the new formula was got after sintering at the temperature of 1 150-1 400 ℃. The influence of andalusite on physical properties of sintered ceramics, such as flexural strength, hardness, density and water absorption etc.were studied. The results show that the flexural strength, hardness and density of sintered ceramics can be greatly increased, while the firing shrinkage can be decreased by adding andalusite and making the sintering temperature of over 1 300 ℃. Whereas the water absorption is increased when andalusite is added. It is found that there is a positive linear correlation between the firing shrinkage and the flexural strength, and a negative linear correlation between the firing shrinkage and the water absorption.
