摘要
以含粘结剂的料浆为连接材料,在坯体状态下连接Ce-ZrO2陶瓷本身或者连接Ce—ZrO2陶瓷和25%(体积分数)CePo4-Ce-ZrO2复合陶瓷。坯体连接样品经1 450℃烧结,样品连接良好。微观结构分析表明:Ce—ZrO2陶瓷本身连接和烧结后连接区和本体材料的结构几乎无法区分,其平均抗弯强度接近母材的强度;25%CePO4-Ce-ZrO2与Ce-ZrO2连接时形成结构均匀的扩散连接区域,其微观结构与母体材料的结构相似,连接区的平均抗弯强度为319 MPa。
Joints of Ce-ZrO2 with Ce-ZrO2 and Ce-ZrO2 with 25% (volume fraction) CePO4-Ce-ZrO2 were studied at green state using slurry as joining materials. The joint samples with good properties were obtained after they were sintered at 1450°C. The microstructure analysis shows that there is almost no difference in structure between the joint zone of Ce-ZrO2/Ce-ZrO2 and the matrix after sintering. The flexural strength of the joint is similar to that of the matrix. A joining zone with homogeneous microstructure is formed in the Ce-ZrO2/25%CePO4-Ce-ZrO2 system after sintering, the mean flexural strength of which is 319 MPa.
