口腔缓释粘附膜剂与粘附片剂的比较

Comparison of Buccal Sustained-release Mucoadhesive Tablets and Mucoadhesive Films

目的 对口腔缓释粘附片剂与粘附膜剂进行比较。方法 分别对制成的粘附膜剂与粘附片剂进行有关质量的检测及临床观察对比。结果 粘附片剂的粘附力、溶出度、口腔内粘附试验及临床疗效均比粘附膜剂优越。粘附片剂吸水膨胀后可粘附于口腔溃疡的创面上 ,既可起到治疗作用 ,又可保护创面 ,维持较长的药效。结论 口腔粘附缓释片剂的性能优越 ,疗效显著 ,但制备复杂 。

Objective To compare buccal susutained-release mucoadhesive tablets and mucoadhesive films.Methods The qualities of the mucoadhesive tablets and mucoadhesive films were tested and the clinical curative effects of them were observed and compared.Results The adhesive force, dissolution, buccal adhesive test and the clinical curative effect of the tablets were better than those of the films. After absorbing water and swelling ,the tablets can be adhered to the wound of ulcer and can not be easily moved. The tablets can make the curative effects as well as protect the wound and the curative effects can be longer.Conclusion The function of the susutained-release mucoadhesive tablets is better than that of films. The curative effect is remarkable. However, the preparation of tablets is complex and the preparation of films is simple.
