摘要
在碱性介质中 ,痕量Co(Ⅱ )对H2 O2 氧化 3,5 -二溴水杨基荧光酮 (简写为DBSF)的褪色反应有强烈的催化作用。由此建立的痕量Co(Ⅱ )的催化光度分析法的检出限为 8.38× 10 -12 g/ml,测定范围为 0 - 1.8ng/ 10ml.
A catalytic spectrophotometric method based on the oxidation of DBSF with H 2O 2 by mails of Co(Ⅱ)as catalyst for the determination of traceCo(Ⅱ)has been intense effect,The detection limit is 8.38×10 -12 g/ml, the linear respondence is in the range of 0-1.8ng/10m1.
