摘要
鹅细小病毒 (GPV)和鸭细小病毒 (MD-PV)是两种感染禽类的自主性细小病毒 ,由它们引起的鹅细小病毒病和雏番鸭细小病毒病是目前严重危害养鹅业和养鸭业的主要疫病。 GPV和 MDPV在形态结构、理化特性、免疫学特性甚至基因组结构等方面十分接近 ,但是二者在致病性上却有较大差异。对于这种差异 ,国内外学者从分子生物学角度进行了大量研究。文章主要从这两类病毒的基因组核苷酸序列、非结构蛋白基因、核衣壳蛋白基因、非结构蛋白和核衣壳蛋白的分子生物学上的同源性和差异性进行了综述 ,同时 。
Goose Parvovirus (GPV) and Muscovy Duck Parvovirus(MDPV) infection is two kinds of highly contagious and deadly diseases for goslings and muscovy ducklings. Both GPV and MDPV have been classified as the numbers of the automous parvoviruses. Both GPV and MDPV share much identity with morphostructure, physicochemical character,immuniological character and genom structure. But their pathogenicity is much different. This article is mainly about the identities and differences of both GPV and MDPV in the sequence of genom, nonstructural protein gene, virono protein gene, nonstructural protein and virono protein.In this article, we also discussed the problems about avian parvovirus that should be resolved.
