摘要 植物表达系统生产医用蛋白质具有成本低廉、安全等优点。本文着重介绍了植物表达系统生产疫苗、抗体和药用蛋白质的情况 ,并探讨了提高植物表达系统生产水平的技术条件。 Plant expression system provides a cheap and safe means to produce therapeutic proteins. In this paper, the developments of plant derived vaccine, antibodies and biopharmaceuticals were described. The technical promise of improving the expressing level of plants derived therapeutic proteins was also discussed.
