摘要
结合技术开发和工程实践 ,总结了一套高度自动化、先进的用于炼钢工程铁合金及副原料输送的基础自动化系统。分析了自动化系统的配置及其控制性能 ,着重分析了电磁振动给料器速度控制、优先顺位判断、卸料小车定位等功能的控制思想和优化方案 ,以求为今后的技术开发和实践应用提供指导与帮助。
On basis of technical development and project practice, a highly automated and advanced basic automatic system to be used for ferroalloy and auxiliary material transfer system in steel making project was summarized. In an attempt to provide guidance and assistance for future tech-development and practice, with emphasis given to the control concept and optimization solutions for functions such as speed control of magnetic vibration feeder, sequence priority assessment and unloading car positioning were analyzed.
