摘要
低压塑壳式断路器 (MCCB)灭弧室中的压力对其分断性能有重要意义。在高压振荡回路上 ,分别采用气压传感器和光纤测试系统对压力和电弧的运动形态进行了测量。通过分析比较采用气吹灭弧和仅依靠磁吹灭弧的两种MCCB的实验结果 ,可以看出 ,气压对于电弧运动有很大影响 ,同时采用气吹灭弧技术可以有效地提高MCCB的分断性能。
It is important to research the effect of gas flow on the interrupting characteristic of low voltage molded case circuit breaker(MCCB). MCCB with and without gas driven arc were investigated. Atmospheric environment and arc motion were measured by pressure transducer and arc imaging system, respectively. From the result of experiment, it is demonstrated that gas flow in arc chamber has great influence on dynamic of burning arc, and it is appa rent that the performance of MCCB can be improved remarkably by introducing gas driven arc.
