摘要
阐述了采取同时测量结晶器2个不同位置垂直振动位移和1个水平振动位移的方法,通过采用高精度差动变压器式位移传感器和笔记本电脑信号采集分析系统组成的测试方案 ,对浇铸、空载 2种工况的 3个振动位移进行同时长时间的动态测量 ,并提取出一系列振幅、频率参数 ,根据实测波形及振幅进行分析 结果表明 ,结晶器振动系统存在振颤。
By adopting the method used to measure two vertical vibration movements and one horizontal movement and by applying the measure plan made up of a position movement sensor device of high accurate transformer type and a signal collecting and analyzing system of the portable computer,a series of vibration scope and frequency are extracted as a result of measuring the vibration positions of casting and empty load for a long time.The analysis of the wave and vibration scope based on the practical measure shows there are such problems as oscillations in the vibration system and scope in the mould.
