二仙汤对肾阳虚大鼠垂体ACTH基因表达的影响

Effects of Er-Xian Decoction on Gene Expression of ACTH in Pituitary Tissue in Kidney-Yang Deficiency Rats

目的 :探讨二仙汤不同时间对肾阳虚大鼠垂体促肾上腺皮质激素 (ACTH)基因表达的影响。方法 :造模大鼠随机分成模型组、二仙汤组 ,在喂药后不同时间 (1 0d ,2 0d ,30d) ,用逆转录聚合酶链反应 (RT PCR)方法 ,检测二仙汤对垂体组织ACTH基因表达的影响。结果 :二仙汤可以上调垂体组织ACTH基因表达 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :二仙汤通过上调ACTHmRNA表达治疗肾阳虚证是其作用机理之一。

Objective: To study the influence of Er xian Decoction on gene expression of ACTH in pituitary tissue in kidney yang deficiency rats at different time Methods: Kidney yang deficiency rats were randomly divided into model group and Er Xian Decoction group Using reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (RT PCR) to observe the effect of Er Xian decoction on the ACTH mRNA in pituitary tissue that having been treated at different time (10d, 20d, 30d).
