摘要
利用家禽基因组中的10个微卫星标记,对位于不同地区6个乌骨鸡种群的等位基因频率、各群体的遗传杂合度、群体间的遗传距离等进行了分析,并根据遗传距离对这几个乌骨鸡种群进行了聚类分析。结果表明,各乌骨鸡群体的遗传多样性较为丰富,并具有较高的选择潜力。各乌骨鸡种群间有一定的遗传距离,UPGMA聚类分析表明,黑凤乌骨鸡与白凤乌骨鸡最先被聚在一起,四川山地乌骨鸡黑羽系与川南山地乌骨鸡被聚为一类,草科鸡与旧院黑鸡被聚为一类。
Genetic diversity of six Sichuan blackbone chicken lines was evaluated on the basis of 10 microsatellite markers selected from the chicken Gene Bank.The result suggested that every microsatellite loci analyzed were polymorphic in those chicken lines and that all blackbone chicken lines had abundant genetic diversity and potential of selection in Sichuan province.The result of genetic distance indicated that there were some genetic difference among Sichuan blackbone chicken lines.The UPGMA cluster analysis clustered the BF line and the HF line as one at first,then the black line of Sichuan Shandi blackbone chicken (SH) and the SC line,the CK line and the LK line at a high proportion.This study suggested that microsatellite DNA marker was a useful tool in detecting genetic diversity in closely related breeds and accessions.
