摘要
试验采用PCR RFLP技术,BspⅠ、HhaⅠ两种限制性内切酶,检测到猪生长激素基因-119~+486位共605bp片段中的3处碱基突变位点(+193、+330、+379),分析比较了各多态位点对姜曲海猪早期体重的影响。结果发现:姜曲海猪群中,BspⅠ酶切产生的三种基因型个体的早期平均体重间没有差异,但A1A1基因型个体早期的平均体重略高于其它两种基因型个体。HhaⅠ酶切产生的不同基因型中,C1C2型个体在20日龄、70日龄的平均体重均显著地高于C1C4基因型个体的体重(P<0 05)。
The genotypes of 73 Jiangquhai pigs at GH gene from -119~+486 were detected by PCRRFLP.The PCR products were cut by BspⅠ and HhaⅠ,and produced three polymorphism sites:one for BspⅠ at +193,two for HhaⅠ at +330 and +379.Effects of different genotypes on early bodyweight were analyzed.The results showed that no significant differences were observed among different BspⅠ genotypes,while 20day and 70day bodyweight of the pigs with C1C2 genotype were significantly higher than that of pigs with C1C4 genotype (P<005).
