摘要
微波技术是近代科学技术发展的重大成就之一 ,而微波作为一种新型热源已被广泛应用于化学研究 ,食品加工 ,医疗仪器以及材料热处理等行业中 ,发展极为迅速。在这些应用中 ,温度显然是个重要的参数 ,但处于强电磁场的环境下 ,在微波场中温度的测量依然是一个技术难题。微波场中测温技术进一步改进 ,将大大推进微波在各行业中的应用。该文简述了微波加热的机理与特点 ,综述了目前已经实现的微波场中温度测量的方法 ,并进行了优劣性比较 ,对微波场中测温技术发展具有一定的参考价值。
In microwave thermal processing,energy is supplied by an electromagnetic field directly to the material.Compared with conventional thermal processing where energy is transferred to the material through convection,conduction,and radiation of heat from the surfaces of the material,microwave as a novel energy source has been utilized widely on the research of chemistry,food processing,medical application and material processing etc..One of the major problems concerning microwave heating is the difficulty in obtaining accurate temperature owing to suffering from electromagnetic interference.This paper presents a systematic review of the ways utilized to measure temperature in microwave fields.
