摘要
通过建立结构的设计数学模型,采用耦合模(COM)理论,研究了纵向耦合低损耗滤波器各个组成模块以及它们对器件性能的相互影响,由此给出了最佳设计纵向耦合低损耗滤波器的方法,并给出了一个具体设计的理论预计和实际制作器件结果比较,验证了研究结果。
On the base of mathematic modeling of the said filter, each model and their interferences to the whole device are studied with the help of COM theory; therefore the optimum design of the longitudinal coupling filter is proposed. The comparison between theoretic values and the practical results gives further verification to the study.
