The Research Progress of Molecular Biology in Rice Quality

本文阐述了稻米品质性状的分子标记QTLs定位和稻米品质相关基因的克隆、分子特性及其表达调控,总结了近几年国内外转基因技术改良稻米品质的研究成就,针对稻米品质分子生物学研究存在的问题,提出了解决问题的对策和建议。

This article reviewed the molecular marker-mapped QTLs location for the character of rice quality and the molecular biology research of the genes relative to rice quality. Then it dealt with the research achievements of improving rice quality through transgenic technology. Finally, it proposed suggestions and stratagem to resolve the existing problems in the research of rice quality.
