制织高密织物的机构分析

An Analysis for Mechanisms of Looms During the Production of High Pick Fabrics

采用新的方法对1511～1515系列织机制织高密织物时开口、打纬、送经、卷取等主要机构的受力进行了分析和测试,结果符合实际情况。同时还提出了制织高密织物时的系列改进措施。

In this paper shedding, beat-up let-off and take-up mechanisms of 1511～1515 series shuttle looms are tested for loads and ananlyed by new methods during the produc-tion of high pick fabrics. Tested and analytic results are accorded with practical condition. At the same time series improving measures for producing high pick fabrics are advanced.
