2000～2002年上海地区医院用药状况分析

The situation of drugs used in the hospitals of Shanghai district during the period of 2000-2002

目的:了解并分析上海地区医院用药趋势。方法:根据上海47家医院提供的医院用药分析系统收集的2000-2002年资料进行分析。结果:购药总金额的趋势有增长,但增幅下降;进口药、合资药、国产药购药金额的结构百分比,进口药近3年保持稳定,合资药趋势稳中有降,国产药趋势则稳中有升;购药金额领先的前100个品种和前15个品种所占总金额之百分比,前者2002年比2001年有所下降,而后者变化不大。各大类排序,几年来除个别位置稍有变动外,多数类别均未改变。结论:用药趋势与医保改革、药品招标及药品价格调整等诸多因素有关,总体上用药增长态势趋缓。

Objective: To clarify the drug consumption trend in Shanghai district. Methods: Data of drug consumption was collected from Shanghai Hospital Drug Use Analysis System during 2000-2002. Results:The trend of total consumption increased in the past three years, however, the increasing rate declined. The consumption percentage of imported drugs remained stable and that of joint venture drugs kept relatively steady and decreased a little. In terms of domestic drugs, the trend kept going upward step by step. The percentages of the purchase value of the first 100 and 15 kinds of drugs in total value of purchase in 2002 declined as compared with that in 2001. There was no obvious change in the sequence of drugs although some of them changed their order. Conclusions: There is a close relationship between drug consumption and public bidding of drugs and medical insurance reformation. The trend of drug consumption remains increasing but the increasing rate was lower than before.
