摘要
目的:制备合成了葛根4′-氧代乙酸-7-羟乙氧基-黄豆苷元(DZ18),研究DZ18在小鼠体内的分布。方法:采用HPLC法研究了DZ18静注后小鼠体内的脏器分布规律,对DZ18的血浆蛋白结合率进行了考察。结果:DZ18在心、脑、肝中浓度比较高,DZ18的血浆蛋白结含率随药物浓度的增加而减少。结论:该药主要分布在心、脑等器官,有利于发挥其治疗心脑血管疾病的作用。
Objective: To prepare and study the distribution of Radix Puerariae 4′-oxo-acetic acid-7-hydroxyethoxy-daidzein (DZ18) in mice tissues. Methods: After iv DZ18 60 mg/kg in mice, the concentrations of DZ18 in tissues were determined by HPLC method. Results: The analysis results showed that concentration of DZ18 was highest in heart, followed by liver. The plasma-protein binding rate decreased with increasing concentration of DZ18. Conclusion: According to the distribution of DZ18 in mouse tissues, it is good for treating vascular diseases of heart and brain.
