国企改革在过去的二十多年中取得了巨大的成绩,但是还存在一些难以解决的问题,正是这些问题阻碍了国企改革的进一步发展。这些问题的存在有法律上的原因,有必要对这些问题进行一些法律上的探讨。

During the past 20-strong years we have made great achievements in the reform of state-owned enterprises but there still exists some problems that are hard to solve. It is these problems that hinder the further development of the reform of the state-owned enterprises. Some of the causes lie in the laws and regulations, so it is necessary to explore them from the view of laws.
