乌鸡白凤丸调脂作用研究

Study on the adjustability of Wujibaifeng Pill (乌鸡白凤丸) in hyperlipidemia rat

目的 :探讨乌鸡白凤丸的调脂作用。方法 :采用去卵巢的方法及高脂饲料喂养法复制高血脂大鼠模型 ,观察血脂、脂蛋白、脂质过氧化物、肝脏系数等指标变化。结果 :乌鸡白凤丸可明显降低大鼠甘油三脂 (TG)、氧化低密度脂蛋白 (OX LDL)、丙二醛 (MDA)和肝脏系数 ,升高高密度脂蛋白 (HDL C)、载脂蛋白AI(apo AI)、超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活力。结论 :乌鸡白凤丸有明显调脂作用。

Objective: To study the adjustability of Wujibaifeng Pill to rat's dyslipidemia. Methods: To observe the varieties of serum lipids, lipoprotein cholesterol, superoxide dismutase (SOD) and liver proportion of dyslipoproteinemia rats which acused by ovariotomy or feeding with superfatted forage. Results: It proved that the Wujibaifeng Pill could lower serum oxidized-low density lipoprotein cholesterol (OX-LDL, P<0.01), triglyceride (TG, P<0.01 or P<0.05), malondialdehyde (MDA, P<0.01 or P<0.05) and liver proportion, it could simultaneity enhance serum high desity lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C, P<0.01 or P<0.05), apolipoprotein AI (apo-AI, P<0.01) and SOD activities (P<0.01). Conclusion: It suggested that Wujibaifeng Pill could markedly prevent rats from dyslipidemia.
