[目的 ]比较两头尖总皂苷的两种精制方法 ,探索最佳精制工艺 .[方法 ]采用大孔吸附树脂法及正丁醇萃取法 .[结果 ]用 70 0mL/L乙醇洗脱液洗脱 ,D10 1大孔树脂吸附时精制效果较好 .[结论 ]比较两头尖总皂苷的精制效果 ,大孔吸附树脂法优于正丁醇萃取法 .

OBJECTIVETo compare two refining methods for the Liangtoujian total saponin and study the optimal refining technique.?METHODS?The methods of D 101 macroreticalar resin colorimetry absorbing and the method of n buty1 alcohol extract method were used.?RESULTS?700?mL/L alcohol was used as elution and D 101 macroreticalar resin colorimetry was used to absorb impurity.?CONCLUSION?The method of D 101 macroreticalar resin colorimetry absorbing is better than the method of n buty1 alcohol extract method.
