摘要 [目的 ]探讨轮叶党参总皂甙对环磷酰胺诱发的小鼠骨髓细胞微核的拮抗作用 .[方法 ]进行小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核实验 .[结果 ]腹腔注射环磷酰胺可诱发的小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核率明显增加 ,经口灌胃轮叶党参总皂甙的同时腹腔注射环磷酰胺 ,可使微核率显著下降 .[结论 OBJECTIVETo study the inhibitory effects of the Codonopsis Lanceolata saponins on polychromatic erythrocytes with micronucleus induced by cyclophosphamide (CP) in mice.?METHODS?To use micronucleus test in polychromatic erythrocytes of mice bone marrow.?RESULTS?The intra abdominal CP injection could induce the marked increase of rate of polychromatic erthrocytes with micronuclei(MPCE) in mice, but when various doses of the Codonopsis Lanceolata saponins were given simultaneously, the rate of MPCE significantly decreased in all Codonopsis Lanceolata saponins groups.?CONCLUSION?The Codonopsis Lanceolata saponins could inhibit the MPCE induced by CP in mice.
