摘要
[目的 ]探讨草苁蓉提取物对D 半乳糖所致衰老大鼠的保护作用 .[方法 ]用比色分析法测定各组大鼠大脑皮质超氧化物歧化酶、单胺氧化酶的活性及丙二醛的含量 ,同步观察电子显微镜下的组织学变化 .[结果 ]草苁蓉提取物可提高D 半乳糖所致而下降的大鼠脑组织超氧化物歧化酶活性 ,降低丙二醛含量 ,抑制单胺氧化酶活性 .在电子显微镜下观察到草苁蓉提取物可以减轻D 半乳糖所致的线粒体等超微结构的改变 .[结论 ]草苁蓉提取物对D
OBJECTIVETo study the anti senile effects of Boschniakia rossica extract on D galgctose induced subacute senile in rats. ?METHODS?The activities of SOD, MAO and the content MDA were measured with colorimetric method, and the histological changes were synchronously observed by electronic microcope.? RESULTS ?The Boschniakia rossica extract significantly increased the activity of SOD in brain tissue, decreased the content of MDA, inhibit the activity of MAO. The Boschniakia rossica could mitigate the ultrastructure changes of mitochondrion and so on.?CONCLUSION?The Boschniakia rossica extract has anti senile effects on D galgctose induced subacute senile in rats.
