[目的 ]探讨塑料包埋制片技术在骨髓活检中的应用 .[方法 ]应用塑料包埋制片技术给 5 10例血液病病人进行了骨髓活检标本检查 .[结果 ]骨髓塑料包埋切片检查时细胞缩小很少 ,细胞浆及细胞核结构清晰 ,可辨认各种造血细胞及其分化成熟阶段 ,95 %明确了诊断 .[结论

OBJECTIVETo introduce application of plastic section procedure in bone marrow biopsy.?METHODS?510 cases of bone marrow specimens were examined by plastic section procedure.?RESULTS?In the sections of plastic embedding, the cell shrink was less, cytoplasm and nuclear structure were clarity, and various hematopoietic cells and phases of differential maturation cells, and therefore 95% of cases could make definite diagnosis. ?CONCLUSION?The plastic section procedure in bone marrow biopsy redounds to improve the level of pathological diagnosis.
