缺乏白细胞共同抗原基因的小脑颗粒神经细胞对细胞凋亡的抑制

摘要 我们从出生 4d的白细胞共同抗原基因野生型 (LCAR +/ +)和缺陷型 (LCAR - / - )小鼠中分离小脑颗粒细胞作培养 ,研究了该基因在小脑颗粒细胞凋亡过程中的作用。结果表明 ,当小脑颗粒细胞在体外培养 7d后 ,细胞培养液 2 5mM氯化钾 (K2 5 +S)转变为 5mM氯化钾 (K5 +S)后 ,并进一步培养 2 4、4 8、72和 96h ,所有LCAR - / -小鼠的小脑颗粒细胞对细胞凋亡都有抑制作用。 Using cultured cerebellar granule cells derived from leukocyte common antigen related receptor wild type (LCAR+/+) and deficient (LCAR-/-) postnatal day 4 mice, we studied on the function of this gene during the apoptosis. Our results indicated that when switched from a culture medium containing high K+ 25mM(25+S) to one containing a low +5mM(K5+S), and further cultured for 24,48,72 and 96 hours in vitro, the granule cells come from LCAR-/- mice represent inhibitory function of apoptosis.
