摘要 通过对亚太地区船舶港口国监督最新年度报告及统计资料的总结,分析近几年亚太地区PSC的现况和未来的发展趋势,对中国船舶如何采取相应对策以顺利通过检查提供有益的参考。 This article analyses the actuality and developing trend of Port State Control(PSC) in the Asia-Pacific region by summing up the last statistic data and Annual-Report of PSC, and provides some useful reference for all Chinese vessels to take countermeasures in order to pass PSC.
