胃食管反流症状患者咽喉部病变与食管酸反流的关系

The Correlation between Laryngopharyngeal Lesions and Gastroesophageal Acid Reflux in Patients with Gastroesophageal Reflux Symptoms

目的研究有胃食管反流症状患者的咽喉部改变及其与胃食管酸反流的关系。方法对 70例有典型胃食管反流症状患者进行胃镜检查 ,了解反流性食管炎情况 ,咽喉镜检查咽喉部病变的发生情况 ,并对反流症状及咽喉部症状进行评分。结果 3 7.1 %患者有咽喉部症状 ,咽喉部症状类型和程度与反流症状类型及程度无关 (P >0 .0 5 )。 68.6%的患者有咽喉部病变 ,与反流症状及咽喉部症状无关 (P>0 .0 5 )。食管炎严重程度与咽喉部病变的发生率呈正相关 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论咽喉部症状及病变与胃食管反流症状及反流程度无关 。

Objective To study laryngopharyngeal lesions in patients with gastroesophageal reflux symptoms and the correlation between it and gastroesophageal acid reflex.Methods 70 patients with typical gastroesophageal reflux symptoms underwent the examination of upper endoscopy and laryngoscopy to investigate the reflux esophagitis and laryngopharyngeal lesions.The scores of symptoms of gastroesophageal reflux and laryngopharyngeal lesions were valued respectively and the correlation between them were analyzed.Results The laryngopharyngeal symptoms among 37.1% patients weren′t related with the types and degrees of gastroesopageal symptoms (P>0.05).The laryngopharyngeal lesions among 68.6% patients had no relation with the gastroesophageal reflux and laryngopharyngeal symptoms(P>0.05).The degrees of reflux esophagitis had positive correlation with morbidity of laryngopharyngeal lesions(P<0.01).Conclusion The laryngoparyngeal symptoms and lesions had negative correlation with the gastroesophageal reflux symptoms and its degrees,but had close correlation with esophageal acid reflux.
