CT三维重建像对腹膜后纤维化的诊断价值

The Value of Three-dimensional Rebulding CT for Diagnosis of Retroperitoneal Fibrosis

目的探讨腹膜后纤维化的CT诊断。方法采用CT三维重建像技术处理 ,用CT像、手术、病理 3个方面对照分析 ,观察其CT像与病理特征。结果腹膜后纤维化用常规CT技术无特征性表现 ,其影像征象与手术、病理所见不尽一致 ;而CT三维重建像技术处理 ,其影像表现易与其手术、病理所见一致。结论本病用常规CT技术诊断易误诊 ,用CT三维重建像有利于确诊。

Objective To explore the value of CT for diagnosing the retroperitoneal fibrosis.Methods Compare the efficacy of using the usual CT and the three dimensional rebulding CT for diagnosing the retroperitoneal fibrosis,and made a complex analysis of the feature of CT imaging,surgical discovery and pathological observation.Results Using usual CT check,retroperitoneal fibrosis hasn′t character actin,its imagings often differ from surgical and pathological showing,but they were easily in agreement by using CT with three dimensional rebulding technique.Conclusion Retroperitoneal fibrosis is often incorrectly diagnosed by using usual CT check,but easily correctly diagnosed by CT with three dimensional rebulding technique.
