轻质隔墙板产品质量控制问题探讨

A Discussion about the Quality Control of Light Partition Wallboard

轻质隔墙板产品原料各异,而其质量技术标准侧重于对安装及使用功能的要求,未能充分地重视和确切地反映不同材料的特性及对产品质量的影响,加之不能严格地按照相关标准进行产品检测,给产品质量控制和建筑应用带来问题和隐患.通过对两种轻质隔墙板产品的材性、技术标准、质量控制以及在应用中所出现的问题进行分析,建议在技术标准和产品认证中应考虑材性对制品性能的影响因素.

The products of light-partition-wallboard vary in different materials, and since the technical criteria of quality focus mainly on the demands of installation and using functions, concerning to the inadequate consideration in the varying nature of materials and the consequent influence to product quality, and in addition to the possible negligence in product monitoring, thus concealed damages are likely to be created in quality control and constructing applications. Through the analysis of two kinds of light-partition-wallboard and their material nature, technical criteria, quality control and problems found in working, it is recommended to take material nature into account in technical criteria and product certifications, when discussing about the causes that influence the product property.
