摘要
研究了用水热法制备纳米针状羟基磷灰石的制备工艺,并分别分析了陈化时间、滴加速度、分散剂的浓度和陈化温度等工艺条件对HA微晶的结构及形状的影响.结果表明,沉淀剂的滴加速度对HA微晶的长度影响不显著;延长陈化时间,提高加热温度和合适的分散剂浓度均有利于纳米针状HA的合成.
The preparation method of needle-like hydroxyapatite is synthesized under hydrothermal condition. The influence of precipitation time, precipitation temperature, dropping rate and dispersant concentration on the structure and shape of hydroxyapatite are analyzed.It is found that the dropping rate of precipitation has not obvious influence on the structure and shpoe of HA; prolonged precipitation time ,increased precipitation temperature and advisable dispersant concentration are in favor of the preparation of needle like HA.
