针对货运服务质量受多方面指标影响的特点,通过分析各指标性质设计一个多层次的车站货运服务质量评估指标体系,利用AHP方法和多层次模糊综合评判相结合的思路进行多层次模糊综合评价,得到了令人满意的计算结果.

According to the feature that the quality of the freight service is affected by many factors, a multi-hierarchy system is designed by analyzing the factors' feature to evaluate the service quality. In order to solve the problem, the method combined AHP and fuzzy synthetic evaluation has been used and the results are satisfactory.
