This paper introduces the characteristics of MIDAS, which is one of techniques of multi-tier distributed database, then applies MIDAS technique in the Automatic Computer Lab Management System, and discusses the designing idea of the system and the application method of multi-tier distributed structure. The efficiency, stability, security and retractility of the system are improved with the application of MIDAS technique.
