The Junior Coach Structure of Chinese First League

本文采用调查访问法对我国甲级俱乐部青少年教练员队伍结构进行了调查,调查显示我国甲级俱乐部青少年教练员队伍是一支以中、轻年龄为主的、充满活力的、具有较丰富的经验以及一定业务素养和理论水平的队伍,其总体结构较好,但在教练组成员配置、教练员培训等方面还存在很大不足,有待进一步改进和完善。

Some interview has been made to probe the junior coaches' idea about the structure of Chinese first league football clubs. The result shows the main trait of the junior coach in Chinese first league. These are, for example, that the age structure of these junior coaches is young and they are high quality, experienced and vigorous. The result also shows some inadequacy, like coaching education insufficiency, which should be emphasized in the near future.
