A Study on Na^+-K^+-ATPase Activity in Erthrocyte Membrane of the Blood Donor with Hepatitis B

目的 探讨HBsAg阳性献血者红细胞膜Na+-K+-ATP酶活性变化及意义。方法 应用比色法检测55例HBsAg阳性并伴ALT不正常的献血者及50例健康献血者的红细胞膜Na+-K+-ATP酶活性,并将结果进行相关分析。结果 与健康对照组比较,HBsAg阳性献血者红细胞膜Na+-K+-ATP酶活性明显下降。结论 献血者红细胞膜Na+-K+-ATP酶活性下降与HBsAg阳性密切相关,ATP酶活性下降可能参与乙型肝炎病变的发生、发展过程。

Objective To study the changes of Na+-K+-ATPase activity in erthrocyte membrane of blood donor with hepatitis B and its significance. Methods Na+-K+-ATPase activity in erthrocyte membrane was investigated with colorimetric analysis in 55 blood donor of hepatitis B with abnormal ALT and 50 healthy blood donor was normai control subjects. All the result were also studied. Results Na+-K+-ATPase activity in erthrocyte membrane was decreased in the blood donor of hepatitis B (P<0. 05). Conclusion The decrease of Na+-K+-ATPase activity in blood donor erthrocyte membrane was affected by hepatitis B. It may contribute to the occurrence and development of hepatitis B.
