布洛芬胶囊含量的高效液相色谱法测定

HPLC determination of Ibuprofen sustained release capsules

建立了测定布洛芬含量的高效液相色谱法。选用Agilent Eclipse XDB-C8柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),LabAlliance C8保护柱(4.6mm×10mm),流动相为甲醇:水=75:25,流速1.0mL/min,检测波长220nm,进量样20μL,柱温:室温。在10.0～400μg/mL浓度范围内,线性方程为A=52.50C+50.79,相关系数0.999 9,回收率96.0％～100.7％,RSD0.65％～1.32％。该方法简便、准确、快速,可用于布洛芬的质量控制。

Ibuprofen sustained release capsules was analysed by HPLC method, with Agilent Eclipse XDB-C8 col-umn(4.6 mm× 250 mm,5 μm) . The mobile phase was mixture of methanol and water(75 :25) .UV detector was applied with 220 nm. The average recovery was 96.0%-100.7% ,with RSD of 0.65%-1.32% (n = 15) .The method is simple, rapid and the results is accurate and reliable.
