摘要
军队后勤保障社会化是社会主义市场经济条件下,促进军队质量建设、有效利用有限资源和提高保障效益的根本途径。但是军队医院后勤社会化服务的程度如何?其决定因素有哪些?这些是需要从理论上解决的问题。本文从交易费用、资产专用性和规模经济的角度对军队医院后勤社会化问题的表现形式、经济性质和制约因素进行了初步的分析。
Socialized logistic support in army is the main way to advance quality construction of army, and utilie limited resources and raise effect of support in situation of socialism economy market. We should also solve problems in the extent of support, the decisive factors theoretically. The author analyzed initiatively represent form, economic property and restrict factor of socialization from angles of trade fee, speciality of capital and dimensional economy.
