摘要
分配管理是军队医院经济管理的核心内容之一,目前军队医院分配管理中存在着以下问题:质量考核系统不够完善,缺乏分配依据;对各种分配形式的作用缺乏理解;没有把医院的目标与理念较好地设计进去;没有弄清楚评价要素与分配形式的关系。结合管理实际,提出建立内部分配体系,应从四个方面加以考虑:①谁创造价值。②创造了多少价值。③拿什么分给价值创造者。④给价值创造者分多少。
Distribution management is one of the cores of economy management in military hospital. There are problems in current distribution management in military hospital as followed, inadequate quality checking system, lacking evidence of distribution, not understanding the effect of various distribution method, planning without goal and idea of hospital, not understanding relation between assessing fator and distribution method. The author illustrated problems in current distribution management, and put forward inner distribution system from four aspects in accordance with actuality. Who create the value? How much did he create? What did he give the creator? How much did he give the creator?
