摘要
笔者结合军队医院院长队伍建设的实际,对院长应具备的素质与条件、院长任期目标、院长后备力量选拔培养、院长任期与交流、院长队伍建设措施等问题进行了探讨,指出军队医院院长队伍建设中存在的问题,提出院长队伍建设措施:①建立职业化管理队伍。②建立与技术职称相对应的卫生管理职称系列。③建立院长任期目标责任制考核制度。
In accordance with the actuality of team of military hospital director, the author discussed the diathesis and qualification of leaders, goal of tenure, choosing and cultivation of reserve forces, intercourse and tenure, measures of team construction, and put forward some positive ideas for guiding the team construction of leaders. Firstly, establish professional team of management. Secondly, establish professional title of management in accordance with technical professional title. Thirdly, establish duty checking system of leader's tenure.
