摘要
急诊抢救的质量在很大程度上反映了医院的管理水平及医护质量。在工业化进程加快,交通、建筑业迅速发展,突发事件及意外事故增多的情况下,对如何改进急诊日常工作,加强质量管理进行了探讨。主要有提高医务人员的素质、进行规范化管理、提高预检的准确性、遵守各项急诊管理制度、突出急诊服务重点及改进急诊医疗管理模式等方法,有一定指导意义。
The quality of emergency treatment reflects the quality of management and nursing in hospital. In the condition of rapid development in communication and industry, increasing of accidents, the author discussed on improving daily work of emergency medicine and strengthening quality-oriented management. The main methods included the enhancing the diathesis of medical staff, standardizing medical service administration, increasing the accuracy of the triage, abiding the emergency management system, giving prominence to the service pivot and improving the administration mode of emergency medical service. It may have significance in improving management and quality of services in emergency medicine.
