摘要
“三项改革”的深入以及加入 WTO,使医院面临前所未有的挑战,本文分析了挑战对医院的影响,提出军队医院加强经济运营的5点举措:①注重内涵建设,打造医院品牌。②强调经营理念,加强经济核算。③挖掘市场需求,确定服务取向。④发挥人才优势,提高科研效益。⑤坚持合理医疗,确保姓军为兵。总结了现阶段军队医院管理的两点体会:主动适应市场和自力更生。
Three measures of reform and China's entering WTO challenge hospitals. The author analyzed the influences on hospital and put forward 5 measures in enforcing operation of health economy in military hospitals. Firstly, lay stress on construction of intention and create brand of hospital. Secondly, insist on idea of management and enforce economic checkback. Thirdly, set orientation of service to meet the need of market. Fourthly, take advantage of talents to increase benefit of scientific research. Fifthly, insist on reasonable medical treatment to ensure serving army. The author summed up two experiences on management in military hospital as adapting market initiatively and self-dependence.
