With the creations of the Chinese students studying in Japan playing a vanguard role in the 20th century, political literature laid the foundation of the radical lengend about the Chinese humanities. The political literature of the students studying in Japan attempted to form a conception of the positive patriotic theory,expressed the strong feelings of change for new-democratic politics and advocated the humanistic spirit of actively participating in the political work. There was a shortage of these in the Chinese centalized regime and society based on the culture of the official rank standard.
