摘要
目的:确定佛手挥发油β-环糊精的最佳包合工艺。方法:采用L9(34)正交表试验,以包合率、收得率作为考察指标,筛选最佳工艺。结果:确定了制备佛手挥发油β-环糊精的最佳包合工艺,即:1ml佛手挥发油加8gβ-环糊精,加400ml水,50℃搅拌包合1.0h,冷藏24h,抽滤后的固形物于40℃干燥,粉碎即得。结论:油和β-环糊精的比例是影响包合率的主要因素,其次也与时间和温度有一定的关系。
Objective:To study the best te chnological condition forβ-Cyclodextrin inclusion compound of volatile oil of bergamot.Methods:Using L 9 (3 4 )table,test the best technological pro-cess based on the rate of containm ent and recovery.Result:The best technological condition is to mix8gβ-Cycl odextrin with400ml water,then drop1ml oil of bergamot in the mixture,kee p it up to50℃for1.0h,lay it in a refrigerator for24h,filter it and dry the solid at40℃,and crush it at last.Conclusion:The rate of oil andβ-Cy clodextrin is the main factor which affect the rate of containment;secondly,th e time and the temperature are the other factors.
