Changes in Immunity among SARS Patients Who Work in Hospital

目的 探讨 SARS患者出院 2个月后细胞免疫和体液免疫功能的变化。方法 分别采用流式细胞仪和散射免疫比浊仪检测 31例 SARS出院 2个月患者外周血 T淋巴细胞亚群和免疫球蛋白水平 ,并与正常对照组比较。结果 与对照组相比 ,SARS组 CD3+ 、CD8+ 细胞百分数升高 ,CD4 + 细胞百分数无明显改变 ,CD4 + /CD8+ 比值和 NK细胞百分数下降 ;Ig A水平明显降低 ,Ig G、Ig M、C3、C4水平差异无显著性。结论 SARS患者出院 2个月后仍存在细胞免疫和体液免疫功能的低下。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the changes in immunity among 31 SARS cases 2 months after discharge. METHODS T Lymphocyte subsets were detected by using flow cytometry and serum globulin was detected by turbidity method. RESULTS Compared with the control group, the proportion of CD 3 +, CD 8 + cell increased significantly, CD 4 + cell had no significant change, ratio CD 4 +/CD 8 + and NK cell decreased significantly. The level of IgA decreased significantly, no significant change was seen in IgG, IgM, C3, C4. CONCLUSIONS Two months after discharge, the cellular immunity and humoral immunity were lower in SARS cases.
